It is completely up to you how this time is spent and your technical support may include, however, is not limited to the following:
- custom coding
- configuring your database (back end stuff)
- testing and debugging
- fixing server or hosting issues
- provide support and maintenance of your site
- back-up your site or restore a back-up of your site
- updating complex plugins
- change or install themes
- domain mapping
- creating your Wordpress website from scratch (You may need to purchase more than 2 hours for this task, however, a quote can be provided to you prior to purchase)
Terms
- package must be paid prior to any work commencing
- Any additional costs incurred as part of providing this support such as plug ins, images or themes will be invoiced to the client separately. All additional costs will be discussed with the client and approved prior to any additional work commencing
